Admission Process | RN - MSN

Applications and credentials for admission to the Master of Science in Nursing—RN to MSN program must be submitted for processing to the 51·çÁ÷ Office of Admission.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. As decisions are made on applications, applicants are notified through the Office of Admission.

Application Opens Each September 1st for the Following Fall Start

STEP 1: Submit the 

​STEP 2: Complete and submit the following within the application status portal after submission of your application:

1. Personal Statement - Define your goals and objectives for the pursuit of graduate studies. 
2. Resume or Curriculum Vitae
3. Two Professional References - Suggested authors include work supervisors, professional colleagues, or faculty. A submission link will be sent to your reference once you enter contact information within your application.
4. Technical and Progression Standards Form - Found within the application status portal
5. Official Post-Secondary Transcripts - From all institutions attended
   • Official transcripts must be sent from the institution to gradinfo@carrollu.edu or mailed to:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) degree from an accredited program (NLNAC or CCNE)

• A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale)
  • Consideration may be given to students with GPAs <3.0 on a case by case basis
